What time can I check-in and check-out?
Check-in and check-out times will be confirmed in your booking information. Please ensure you adhere to these times to allow for cleaning and preparation for the next guests.
Is bed linen included?
Yes, bed linen is included in your stay at Hafan Y Môr Holiday Lodge.
How far are you from the beach?
Hafan Y Môr Holiday Lodge is conveniently located less than 400 metres from the nearest beach.
Do I need to pay a deposit?
Yes, a deposit is required to secure your booking at Hafan Y Môr Holiday Lodge.
Can I bring pets?
Unfortunately, we do not accept pets at Hafan Y Môr Holiday Lodge, regardless of how well-behaved they are.
Are Haven Activity passes included?
Haven Activity passes are not part of your booking with Hafan Y Môr Holiday Lodge. Upon registering your arrival on park, Haven will give you the option to purchase passes directly.
Can I use the facilities on site?
Yes, guests at Hafan Y Môr Holiday Lodge can typically use the facilities on-site. Please note that some facilities may require activity passes or have separate charges.
When is the balance due on my stay?
The balance for your stay is due 6 weeks before your arrival date.
Booking and Cancellation Terms
Booking & Payment

A non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your reservation.

The remaining balance is due 6 weeks (42 days) prior to your scheduled arrival date.

If your booking is made within 6 weeks of your arrival, full payment will be required at the time of booking.
Cancellation Policy
Should you need to cancel your stay, the following charges will apply based on the notice given before your scheduled arrival:
